ENTRY PERIOD:
The Bedford Grand Opening Card Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Friday, March 25, 2022, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Thursday, April 07, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut), who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void outside of the USA, in all other states and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of DeCicco & Sons (the “Sponsor”) are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER:

Entry must be received between 12:00:01 AM EST on Friday March 25, 2022 and 11:59:59 PM EST on April 07, 2022.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & CONDITIONS:
All Entries must comply with the following minimum guidelines to be eligible:
- Entrant must be 18 years of age or older.
- Entrant must have a valid email address that can send and receive email messages.
- Entrant must complete the following required fields:
- Legal First Name
- Legal Last Name
- Email Address
- Store Selection
- Entrant cannot submit an entry for more than one (1) store selection
- A bonus entry is available, but not required, if the entrant follows DeCicco & Sons on Instagram at DeCicco & Sons (@deciccos)
- Limit one store selection entry & one bonus entry per person.
PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS:
Store Gift Cards:
- There are ten (10) Store Gift Cards available to be won that will be awarded in the form of a $250.00 (USD) DeCicco & Sons Gift Card. The total ARV of the Store Gift Cards available is $2,500.00 (USD).
Grand Prize:
- There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won that will be awarded in the form of $2,500.00 (USD) DeCicco & Sons Gift Card. The ARV of the Grand Prize: $2,500.00 (USD).
The total ARV of all Prizes available to be won: $5,000.00 (USD).
Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
RANDOM DRAWING:
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Friday, April 08, 2022, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period by an agent of the Sponsor whose decisions are final.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
- The potential prize winner will be notified by the Sponsor via email on or about Friday, April 08, 2022. To begin the prize claim process, a potential winner must respond to the email message within 48 hours of the Initial Notification. Any potential prize winner who does not reply to the Initial Notification will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be notified.
- Within three (3) days of confirmation of the information received from a potential winner in response to Initial Notification, such potential winner will receive a second notification (the “Second Notification”) via email from the Sweepstakes Sponsor and will be required to sign and return, within five (5) days of the Second Notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, an IRS W-9 Form and where allowable, an Appearance Release (collectively, the “Releases”). If the potential winner does not reply to the Initial Notification and the Second Notification with the required information and within the specified time period, he/she will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected in a separate random drawing.
- Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning prize.
- The Grand Prize winner will be required to furnish their Social Security Number for the sole purpose of preparation of tax forms as required by law.
- If a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules, that winner will be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing.
PRIZE CONDITIONS:
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift card usage is subject to the issuing company’s complete terms and conditions, including expiration dates.
GENERAL RELEASE:
Participating entrants agree to these Sweepstakes Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Participating entrants assume all liability and agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, their heirs, assigns, successors, officers, employees, agents and any other legal representative (“The Released Parties”) against any liability for any injury, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including personal injury or death, or injury to property caused or claimed to be caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in this Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize, or any claims based on appearance rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) late, misdirected, incomplete, error, omission, interruption, or any defect or delay in transmission of an entry (ii) technical, electronic, computer, malfunctions of any kind, or (iii) for any injury, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer, phone, tablet or electronic device resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Sweepstakes Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.
