The Hollows Bar & Lounge offers a menu centered on elevated comfort food and a curated drink selection. Guests can enjoy hearty favorites like smash burgers, wings, pizzas, and the standout Calabrian Chili Chicken Sandwich, a personal favorite of co-owner Chris DeCicco. The food is complemented by a thoughtful craft cocktail program developed in collaboration with mixologist Julio Enriquez, formerly of Blue Hill at Stone Barns. In addition to cocktails, the bar serves a rotating selection of craft beers and wines.

The art at The Hollows Bar & Lounge pays tribute to Sleepy Hollow’s folklore and industrial roots. Inspired by the Headless Horseman, the space features custom artwork, sculptural details, and subtle nods to the legend—right down to themed purse hooks. Industrial touches, like aviation-style lettering, reference the site’s past as a GM plant. The result is a blend of myth, history, and modern design that’s both immersive and imaginative.

The meeting space features a fully equipped demo kitchen with professional amenities designed to support a wide range of events. Guests can take advantage of a catering concierge, display monitors, AV connections, and complimentary Wi-Fi. This versatile space is ideal for executive meetings of up to 36 guests, as well as cooking classes, kitchen filming*, and product launches. The kitchen area offers seating for 24, with an adjoining conference room that accommodates an additional 12 guests, making it a flexible and functional setting for both culinary and corporate experiences.
