Portobello Mushrooms

Coat with olive oil and grill for 5-7 minutes per side.

 

Corn-on-the-Cob

Leave inside husks and grill for 10-12 minutes, rotating occasionally.

 

Avocado

 Halve avocado and remove the seed. Season with salt/pepper and place open portion onto grill for 2-6 minutes.

 

PEI Oysters

Clean oysters thoroughly. Place cupped side down on grate and cover grill. Finished when oysters open (~ 2 minutes).

 

Whole Peppers

Remove stems & seeds. Cut into strips. Brush both sides with olive oil. Grill skin side (3-5 minutes) and inner side (2-4 minutes).

 

Pound Cake/Donuts

Cut pound cake into slices and grill 1-2 minutes per side.

Coat donuts with cooking spray and grill covered for 1 minute per side.

 

Zucchini

Cut zucchini into thick slices. Combine salad dressing, garlic powder, and herbs in a ziplock bag. Marinate zucchini in bag for few hours. When done, grill for 3-4 minutes per side.

 

Peaches

Brush peaches with oil and grill until golden brown.

 

Lobster Tails

Split lobster tails lengthwise and brush flesh with marinade of lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place tails, flesh side down, on preheated grill for 10 minutes, turning once.

 

Whole Pineapple

Cut into halves. Brush with olive oil. Cook 5-8 minutes.
