Northern Westchester Hospital’s Registered Dietitian, Elisa Bremner, will be upstairs at our Armonk store on Wednesday, July 29th, from 2:00PM to 3:00PM, and 5:00PM to 6:00PM to show your children how much fun it is to Eat (and drink) the Rainbow! Elisa will be blending a simple fruit and vegetable smoothie for all to try, demonstrate the incredible variety of produce available at the market, and answer your questions about colorful fruits and vegetables. Healthy people have more fun!
